Do Gas Inspections in NYC Require a Master Plumber?

It's true that Local Law 152 gas inspections require a master plumber or a direct employee of one to do the inspecting. This helps to ensure that the inspector actually knows what to look for and how to spot it. According to the law, inspections must be done by a master plumber every four years.
